看了你的叙述，我感觉到的，比你想象得更差

我的感觉是，你不但没有任何前途，而且，1年就是你的期限。1年之后，你不但不会被定为the owner of that initiative,反而有可能被闲置（做一些打杂的工作）或被裁员。

如果我是你，现在就去开始找工作。
