Always prefer full time job. Because you need a mentor and you need to learn stuff. The best way to learn is to stay with a good company with good senior people who like to guide you.
If you jump too often, you are not going to learn much.

Company always expect contractors to know things and do things quickly, Newbies are not likely to meet the expectation.
