一个问题，民调一下下

两份工作

一个是公司核心赢利部门，压力很大，要协调的关系超复杂，加上老板神叨叨：对外罩不住，对内瞎指挥。优势在于行业内，越难过的环境往往越练本事。在这间公司做了三五年，能争取到机会都拿到了，to-go person。短期内再大幅升迁的可能性不大。

另一个属于cost center，压力小，活相对单纯，benefits很好。和前一个的压力程度相比，这个好比提前养老。劣势在于非核心部门，离行业核心远了。

公司都很大，reputation都很好，三五年不用担心不稳定。薪水差不多，benefits和life style第2个好一些，不需要远距离relocation。换了你，你选哪一个？谢谢：)
