"Sr DBA" 在many 公司是正式职工才给的，在简历上应该写'contractor' . He was hired at position of 'Contractor', and he makes it exaggerated, to get higher salary compensation.

(1) 这里有个诚实度的问题。

(2) 许多同胞对的 "To Be Professional" the point 看法不一致. 这也许是老印在北美 IT 工业界大大嚣张，拉帮结伙，越来越多的原因！He may be hired if interviewed by chinese on this website here!
