请问时薪（W-2)一般应比年薪(有benefits)多多少合理？

比如年薪10万，employee，大概50刀每小时，包括保险等等各种基本福利。

同样的contractor，没有任何福利，时薪要多少刀每小时才合算？可以考虑其他因素。谢谢。
