 Begin to follow everything he/she wants AND start to look for a new job. Because no matter what you do, you won't be able to make this type of bosses satisfied. Once you go to somewhere and are lucky, you will know work is more than a paycheck. It brings fullfillment and accomplishment too. Good luck.
