脑袋进水了，谈工资时不小心把CURRENT BASEPAY告诉了HIRE MANAGER。请教如何补救。

我的实际收入要比BASEPAY高7K 左右，但HIRE MANAGER咬住那7K不是guaranteed，所以他们能OFFER的BASEPAY只比我CURRENT BASEPAY 高8K。拍砖就免了，真心请教如何回应。谢谢！
