应该接受这个offer吗？

我老公是Computer Science Master毕业, 有9年C++经验，1年.net经验,现在有一家公司offer年薪7万2，用.net， 他应该接受这个offer吗？我们住在佛罗里达，奥兰多，象他这种情况在奥兰多年薪应该是多少。请各位给个意见，谢谢。
