鼓吹一个高级的技术应对生活烦恼

 

生活烦恼当然包括职场烦恼!

人类有复杂的思想, 所以就有了复杂的烦恼.

说句”猪头猪脑”的评论:  人类真的比猪头猪脑的猪快乐?  (并非讥讽).

各位职场劳苦大众, 建议考虑信佛或信主, 要么创造自己的信仰仅供自己使用.

有一个说法, 信仰是高级的技术, 可转移执着(英文是clinging) 和 鼓励看破放下 (英文是 let go).

有了信仰 (which is considered a 高级的技术), 人可以对

       美车豪宅, 功名利禄, 锦衣玉食, 山水美景, 权力名誉, 情爱喜好  …

一概看淡放下, let go.

但是还是做正常的人, 过正常的生活, 所变化的是态度思想.

 

信仰还是控制ego 的极为有效的技术, 如果不算最佳的技术.

啥是ego?  ego是自我为中心的想法, 最近听到一个中文的说法: 心魔. 乃是ego的极好翻译. 大量的生活烦恼包括职场烦恼来自ego.  (另一方面, 苹果的Macintosh电脑正是Jobs的ego的产物.)
