我的manager很mean，现在同一公司其他个部门有个职位，那个部门同意要我

我还没有和现在的manager说

向大家请教， 现在的老板有权力阻擾我过去吗？ 他不同意， 我能过去吗？如果阻擾，我能做什么？现在的老板很坏，在他手下干我快要崩溃了，很想离开他的部门，大家快给我出些主意，谢谢了
