1)他是hands-on 技术好手,或者他很看重技术;
2)他的升迁可能不是他politics skill,而是因为CEO knows him well, and appreciate his
personality, judgement, and technical skill set.
3)他升你,更可能是他指望你帮他做出成绩来.
要知道,和人聊那么十几分钟,大概可以判断出来该人思路清不清,
communication skill 怎么样, technical level, solution-oriented or not...
而,一般老中肯干是个default.
他可能不care your leadership skill.
