The pros:

1) you can enjoy the life style you are so familiar

2) you may have more opportunities visiting your parents and friends, or inviting your parents stay with you

3) you can take other advantages such as free company shippings in and out

the cons:

1) The actual work environment is more challenging than you thought;

2) Your LD will be shuang S:)
