Your example is irrelevant to “让球”政策

What you listed are common practice in soccer and basket ball games, especially in the high level matches, such as European cup, NBA, world cup etc. 

Your story starts from confessing your own misconduct, but it ends up with judging others from moral high ground. It's quite hypocrytic.
