Thanks. I didn't call the company. I just got the phone offer 5 mins ago. I want to ask the company to sweeten the offer a little bit, because my current company has much better benefit package(but lower salary) and the location is twice further than the current one. The company said they would consider that and give me a reply by tomorrow. I want to write them an email regarding the counter offer. Any suggestions for writing a professional counter offer letter?
