update 接受被fired 还是appeal 辞职

 上星期向公司大老板提交了appeal letter，大老板第二天告诉我本周四跟想关人员开会讨论。今天告诉我公司准备跟我签departure mutual agreement ，条件：公司补付我没有修的假期，每周一天供我找新工作，平时也支持我找新工作，当有用人单位向公司咨询我的工作情况时，公司不说我是被 fired， 我需要一个律师作为见证人，律师费公司出，

大老板希望我取消appeal， 请美国老土和上山下乡等各位网友建议，我是否应该取消appeal。
