关于offer被收回的问题

请教一下这里的几位。我最近拿到了一个offer。 本来offer letter 已经签了，连relocation credit都打到我帐上了，我以为基本没有问题，正要跟公司辞职，那边突然打电话过来说background check查有discrepancy. 我现在很担心会黄掉，可他们也没叫我退还relocation的钱，跟hr联系也不回我。请大家讨论一下我公司那边现在到底在干什么，我是不是应该主动把钱的还回去，还是继续等待。

 

通过这事我有几个经验跟大家分享， 现在公司好像背景调查很严格个人简历一点十分准确，千万不要马虎，工作的时间要精确到月，拿到学位的时间也要准确。另外，即便拿到offer也不要轻易做决定，好像公司是发了offer才run background check. 我这次幸好留了个心，在辞职前一天又发了一封信给HR才发现他们背景调查好没clear.
