I finally keep two offers on hands, for some reasons I won't consider other offers.
It is hard for me to select this two offers.
One is consulting firm, I would be kind of leader developer locally, because another super star developer now is in Europe. Offer 110k, 2500/month bonus, $200 for monthly expense cellphone intelnet etc. $2500 aditional bonus for any certification I would pass. 2days per week I can stay at home. Might go to local customer site for little bit travel, limit to be 10% travel rate at west coast.
Another one, is big public company, 3000 employee, 1.5Billion rev. IT team owns 5 developers, 5 functional analyst. cross another BI/DBA department as well which is 10 people there. I would be core developer at 2rd position except developer manager. 115k offer(not certain yet), might stock option per year. stable, local, 9am-5pm. Both of application director and that development managers knows all of my old team workers, so they knew me well and respect me very much.
None of both company has indian guy.. Good. I refuge another offer which is India manager already. No a-cha in my future position any more.
What you think? Really hard for me to select. The VP of first one consulting firm also is my old team worker. We once worked together.
By your rules, I still can't know which I should go...
