紧急求问： (Accounting & Financial Analysis) What are the good ways to convert Financial Statements data (monthly Financial Report) from US GAAP to IFRS (Internatioanal Financial Reporting Standards)?

(current ERP system is SAP Business One, and probably to use new ERP system after 1 year or 2 years)

(And, I have the background of MS-Access, SQL, SAP (R2), and normal reporting system like SAP BPC, Crystal Report, etc)
