最近因为老公换工作relocation就跟着必须要换工作了。发了几份resume,弄了几次面试，到底是太久没有在市场上活动了（从2004年在原来的城市一直工作到今年一月）。
面试中有几个问题不太sure该怎么完美回答，特在此请教各位大侠:
1. Why do you want to work for our company ABC? (这个一般是phone screen是recruiter问的）
2. How will you deal with a tough customer, give me an example.(这个是onsite和大老板电话面试里问的）
3. If you will give your previous management an advice, what will you say?
4. What's your weakness and how will you improve it? ( 这个最烦了，我好不容易说一个过去式，他说既然这个已经在你的list上删掉了，那还有什么weakness? )
