ssn required for submitting resume?

I applied a position posted on Craiglist, while I submit resume, ssn and dob are required. I have never seen this before. The website is: https://www.blackcitycapitalfund.com/Employment.html.

I felt unsecure to give out these information. Is there anyone know about this company, black city capital fund?
