What's the percentage of transferrable knowledge in your daily job?

Transferrable knowledge is something you can take with you to your next job, something would benefit your future employer. i.e. the "marketable" skills.

Non-transferrable knowledge is useful in your current postion, but got no value in the rest of the world.
