而你的choice 2)是很正常的communication,
最好在review your performance 以后问的,
但,问法是不一样的:
1) 问问他对我有什么不满意的地方===>should be
"which areas can I improve?"
"what are my strengths and my gaps?"
"how can you or management help improve?"
"what is the tangible plan for me to improve?"
2) "我自己在组里的difficult situation. 我的工作为什么得不到appreciate?"
"what are my strengths?"
"what are my achivements?"
3) "为什么给小印奖金, 没有给我?" 不能这样问
what are the metrics for bonus?
what are the processes for promotion...?
how can you help me to achieve that?
