我可以就去想她们是好的, 没有恶意. 如果这么自欺欺人地想, 能对我身心健康有好处也行.

It's not自欺欺人. There always smoe good guyes and some bad guys. Sometimes, you would think of that you have to deal with some evils. However, in any situation, what you can do is to keep youself have a positive attitude. If you can not keep positive thinking, you will never find a solution for your problem. If you think of anything in a positive way, you will always find the best solution for your problem.

可是我受不了的是, 老板对她们好, 老板喜欢她们, 重要的事情给她们做, 也给她们发金奖. 可是最近我在维护她们的CODE 的时候, 实在是看不下去.

 " 老板对她们好, 老板喜欢她们, 重要的事情给她们做, 也给她们发金奖" is not your business, it's your boss's business. The money is not our of your pocket. If you boss do something like 重要的事情给她们做. Then, I suspect what you told us is a 100 percent truth. I am not blaming you. However, I would say that you heart is too small.

最近我在维护她们的CODE 的时候, 实在是看不下去----This is not their problem. It's your problem. You think someone is insuperior than you.This is a very bad thinking!!!!!!

我不知道该不该跟老板提提, 她们做的东西其实质量很差.----This is a very bad thinking!!!!!!
