我想工作中磕磕碰碰的事谁都碰到过。有时有点气不过也很正常。至于经常给小鞋穿，一是自己注意，二是多考虑一下。另外找头儿谈谈，你要是感觉到他/她不愿帮你，那最好就找另一个公司吧，因为你在这家公司的前途已经结束了。公司内部换组，实际上比你想象的难得多。重要的是，把在这家公司的经历/经验，用在下一个工作上。

I don't see the point to get depressed. Why don't you think it in another way - another day, another doallr. Your boss shall get depressed if you are idle. Not to worry.
