If I were her boss, I would not care even a bit about when she arrives or leaves.  All I care about is if she dilivers. Some people can be punctual or sit in front of a computer 24 x 7 without delivering anything.



I would fire her if she is punctual but does not deliver as expected.


Of course, if her job requires her to be on time such as customer service or tech support, it is a different story .
