理由是:

1)钱多,

2) life style 不错在北卡,

3)其实,很重要的是你的工作方向.

"做的跟operations, technology, 以及strategy有关",

operations很重要, 是bank 的core business part!

strategy and planning 是很多机会 interact with big bosses.

至于technology:  银行的core business 是finance, 而不是开发technology,

technology 是它的非主流东西,用于support its core business.
