Title：System and Reports Manager
I. Systems Responsibilities
a. Maintenance of all client data
b. Downloading of daily transactions for verification and posting to client accounts
c. Updating performance files
d. Opening and closing of accounts
e. Group maintenance
f. Reconciliation of investment accounts
g. Creation and maintenance of system information such as daily price files, new or updated securities, indices, yields, split files, trading restrictions, etc.
h. Input and maintenance of cost basis data
i. Daily website update
j. Generation and printing of monthly and quarter client reports
k. Scanning, filing and maintenance of electronic files
II. Reporting Responsibilities
a. Run standard deviation reports for client groups and/or Portfolio Manager groups
b. Run cash balance reports for Portfolio Managers
c. Run margin balance reports for Portfolio Managers
d. Assist Portfolio Managers with following newly funded accounts
e. Prepare Investment Committee reports on a bi-monthly basis
f. Creation and/or maintenance of new and/or existing reports as needed for data analysis by various departments
