1. If you quit, you will lose your job and 1.5 month salary;but you keep your credibility

2. If they fire you, you will lose your job and credibility, but you will have 1.5 month salary.

If you think your credibility worth more than 1.5 month salary, you quit; otherwise, you have them fire you and compensate your credibility with 1.5 month salary.
