老婆工作有麻烦，我该怎么办？

我们两个在一个公司工作，四个小孩，老大今年要上一IVY League大学(no financial aid)。我们两年前移到公司的一个新的部门。上周末年终绩效出来，她被Probation.我觉得她主要是得罪了她的老板。我虽然支持她据理力争，但我觉得她老是要求长级也有一定责任。我老是告诉她已经挺好了，跟老板搞好关系很重要。

她现在想让我到另外一个地方，她跟我去without a job。我觉得挺累，你们说我该怎么办？
