LD本科，国内做大机很久了，是资深架构。由于我最近在美刚找到工作，想让他来美。考虑到他马上奔四了，您觉得是个好的选择吗？ 若来了，似乎大机不好找工作，该怎样才能很快找到合适的位置？有人建议他可以上个统计硕士或博士，因为他编程很有功底，所以可以适应数据计算的潮流。您觉得如何？ 您觉得他年纪大了，已经不适合来了，换我回去吗? 我两工资相当.有绿卡。 非常焦率，太谢谢您了！
