企业内部结构参观

本人在IT领域工作，但不在微软IBM或GE这种企业级的公司。有没有人知道如何参加这些公司组织的公司内部参观什么的？是不是一定要有业务往来才有机会？没有特别的目的，就是想开开眼界。
