【职场论草】拿到录用通知之后：芳草，料草，回头草

在大学的情场，有一个著名的“三草”理论，想必大家都知道：

春来青青原上草，
兔子不吃窝边草，
好马不吃回头草，
天涯何处无芳草。

历史总是惊人的相似。今天山民再来胡说职场的三草：芳草，料草，回头草。

（一）天涯何处无芳草？

说的是各位兄弟姐妹找工作，终于找到了芳草。到底这芳草如何？还得掂量掂量。

天涯处处是芳草，
何处芳草真正好？
东西南北风景异，
风景各异有奥妙。

如何掂量芳草？无非是发展前景，生活质量，生活成本。网上有几个工具：

谈判路数记住了！

 
奖金/股票：签约奖金, 股票（one-time/annual stock grants/options etc.)
福利：Relocation benefits, work from home etc.
