Worth it or not ?

Current CA East Bay, $115k base.  Principle/Architect software engineering level with 6+ years stay in the current company.  But unhappy due to some situation change.

Very likely a company in Boston ( Prestigious ) would extend me an offer, how much worths the move ?  Family will move with me. 3 school age kids.
