正在找工作，干了件愚蠢的事情，如何补救？

在给别人发简历的时候，因为同时在接电话，误把一份旧简历给发过去了！我怎么这么蠢！现在该怎么办？想把更新好的简历再发一遍，怎么说比较好呢？
