When other party is clearly following Satan(they know what they are doing), they are no longer be "forgivable". But, pray for them to be saved and let God decide their destiny. It was written that Satan will "win" at certain period. So be it.
"一 切 苦 毒 、 恼 恨 、 忿 怒 、 嚷 闹 、 毁 谤 ， 并 一 切 的 恶 毒 （ 或 作 ： 阴 毒 ） ， 都 当 从 你 们 中 间 除 掉." For believers, yes. For non-believers, you never know.
