If your colleagues and boss behave this way and you don't, you will be treated like an idiot.

Use their tactics against them is the best way to fight back. Like most American always say, if you can not fight your enemy, join them, learn from them and use their tactics.

This is the only way that you can survive.

Hope you can find someone whom you like.
