那个说我现在工资超过他们的budget, 有给我电话了

这整个谈工资就像一个小孩的游戏。前面是vp和我谈，我告诉他我现在的工资，他说“even not close,bla bla,  you'd better survive there”非常的不友好，我不知道如何回答。挂电话，bye bye

今天上午，换了一个女的给我电话，说是HR，当她说她的公司名字，没有听得清楚，我以为其他的公司，

然后说是谈2分钟，大概问了一下我现在做什么，就问我工资，我说：what is your budget?

She: I don't have budget at hand now (what? abnormal ).

I: please give me a fair offter to match my experience and skills in the range of this job. I also consider the lower salary than my current, because of the bad economy.

She: right, if we are interested in you, I will call you back.

然后，我查她的电话，认为就是同一家公司
