求建议：有个特别aggressive的同事，该如何对应？

经常来职坛潜水，知道这里有经验的人很多，大家给出个主意吧。如果有一个特别aggressive的同事，应该如何对应？

我们组里有个美国同事，算junior吧，young and bright，做事很卖力也很出成绩。开始还是挺欣赏她的工作能力和ambition,后来有些事情让人不太舒服。 比如她为了讨好客户积累自己的资本,自愿提出做一些以前全组包括老板拒绝给客户做的事，老板居然也让她做了，全组had to do extra work to support她的义举，结果是她一个人从客户那里得到了credit，组里其他人付出的劳动都成隐形。 还发现几次她stab on others' back，跟老板说谁谁谁工作能力下降客户不满意了，谁谁谁东西做错了. 有两次试图从我以前做的东西里挑错，跟客户示意我以前东西没做对，后来发现是她自己搞错了，但在客户那里没说一句把我摘出来的话，害得我要亲自跟客户讲那个project没有错误无需置疑。其它的像挑出活的东西做抢client之类的是经常的，也就不提了。 现在老板用她的成绩做标准批评其他人包括我不够productive。被老板天天这么提醒着，挺不爽的。 今天听到她自己说２０１１的GOAL是kick another coworker's ass，defeat him on work productivity, 现在做到了很高兴。 我听了真是很shock，原来她一直以kick 别人的ass为目标。对应这么aggressive的同事，我该怎么办？ 有家有娃的能力也有限，工作上我只想做到average level，恨这一招就不考虑了，滚暂时也不考虑，是不是只剩下忍这一招了？
