真心地祝贺Amy拿到心仪的大公司的offer！由衷地感谢老土老师在找工作方面的Expert帮助！

其实AMY 拿到大公司的Offer都在大家的意料之中。原因有以下几点：

1. AMY同学是MBA的背景， 不可否认的是， 她的communication and doucmentation 的能力不是一般的强， 俺记得在老土老专门为prepare interview而开的WEBINAR上， 有好几位同学都提到they were very impressed by AMY's documentation. (非常有幸的是俺也得到了一份从老土老师那儿。)

2.AMY 想要得到一份心意的工作， 想要的改变的心不是一般的强烈。

     a.在老土老师那儿上了好几门课。

     b. 找到并做着Volunteer job。

     c. 知道自己想要取得公司名单， 自己投简历。

     d. 即便是 phone interview， 也做足了准备， 不让自己错失任何一个机会。

     e. 对细节非常的在意， 就连回答问题是的语气都要反复地揣摩， 更不要说how to answer interview questions.

      f. 对于自己的不足立马改正。 不管是老土老师， 还是同学们的意见和建议， 听后立即吸收并应用。

3. 老土老师对AMY在很多具体细节问题上的指导， You can not imagine how wonderful they were without hearing the webinar records. And you can see very clearly big difference between Amy's first preparing interview questions' list, how she answered those questions before and after the first webinar specially for AMY and other students.
