面试求助

在准备一份书面面试，有下面的几个问题不知道怎么说好一些，请帮忙想想这几个问题该怎么回答，任何建议都欢迎，具体建议或者方向性建议都好，谢谢大家。

 

1，Give me a specific example of a time when a co-worker or classmate criticized your work in front of others. How did you respond? How has that event shaped the way you communicate with others？

 

2，Tell me about a time when you had to deal with a difficult person. How did you handle the situation？

 

3，How would you describe yourself in terms of your ability to work as a member of a team? And how long do you think it would be before you will make a significant contribution to the team/company？
