of each year, a lot of companies will hire temporary staff to relieve year end work load, that's your best bet. After you have something under your belt, things will be little easier. Good luck!

BTW, make sure you list all the systems (Hyperion, SAP, QAD...) that you know on your resume, those are the skills we look for.
