我近几年的工作strategy.帮看看,有没有更好的建议?

公司经济有问题.大裁员后开始评估今年的工作业绩了.傻子也知道没什么涨工资的空间.估计这种状况会持续若干年.

我准备这若干年deliver:
工作效率=中上
工作表现=中上
工作态度=积极

还有什么办法?请多指教.
