向前辈请教:有个下手,分配给他的工作都能保质保量

定期完成.但是那种群体都要做贡献,但个人不记分的公共事情,他总找借口躲掉.明天又是这类的会,他居然说他有更紧急的事情要做.他确实有事情,但不至于不能来开会.我怎么办呢?
