所以,一个搞技术的,要准备好at least 两种版本的工作汇报,

一给技术的行家,二给不懂技术的高管.

所以,你要慢慢积累这方面的skills,别人帮不了你很多的.

老板可以业务不懂,但他一定懂:

1) deliverables

2) values of these deliverables

3) business impacts of these deliverables,

所以,你要high level地把你的tasks, timelines, cost estimation (time) 和 values, impacts

串起来和人汇报.

要知道: budget, schedule, and values are keys for bosses.
