I understand your concern regarding the over qualification. Being over qualified is a very subjective term and for me, it is not about titles or money as the bottom line. On paper, I may be over qualified based on the position requirements, but if you want someone that will come in, give it her all and do it with a ton of enthusiasm, then I am just right for this position.
