遇到没经验的interviers怎么办？

senior-level inividual performer reporting to director. directors一般跟我“过”简历，感兴趣的方面做deep-dive. 我好准备，好表现，interviewers也好问出东西来。

这次遇到sr managers(=my peers), 问八股：

1. (at the beginning) Tell me about yourself?

2. what is your greatest accomplishment?

3. what is your greatest disappointment?

如何变主动？
