having that siad, 我确实亲眼见过老板是如何给人穿小鞋的。基本的目的是要force people out.相信那感觉的确难受。Firing someone usually takes too long and costly with a severance package to protect company.creating a hostile environment so that peole will leave on their own is much easier.
