利用Intervew, 另有目的的可能性有木有？

探讨一下。 以IT行业为例， 现在的Intervew往往不再绕三绕四， 而是直切主体， 做coding哈！
算法， 一个小设计等等。有些答案完全可以用到工作中去。 跟录不录用的无关。 有木有可能， 根本没有
打算招人， 就是烧得慌， 出来匕应征者， 而又用他们的回答， 另做别用。
声明一下哈， 本人好几年没应征了， 说的可不是我自己的经历哈。。。
