面试两个月没音信的，肯定没戏了。但是，由于你的follow-up很出色，他们又把大门再次向你打开。Well done!

这是一个非常成功的 thank-you note 影响了招聘过程的案例。简单地从网上找个例子，copy/paste发出去，就是马马虎虎的应付，写跟不写没有区别。结合面试过程，强调自己的strength, 以及对不足之处进行弥补，这样的thank you note是抄不到的，只能自己用心去写, then the reader would be impressed by your enthusiasm and dedication.
