招人的棘手事。

要招个手下，老板硬要塞个熟人给我，可我对那人不满意，觉得并不合适这工作。老板是坚持要这个人，怎么办？越级捅到老板的老板？还是跟HR讲明人不是我决定的是老板请的？

老板是那种喜欢什么事都插一手的，有些micromanage，烦死人。

公司是500强上市公司。But, HR 操作不算太正规。
